Rockingham Beach Primary School is a school with approx 440 students currently enrolled from Kindy through to Year 6.

Under the Education Act 1999, parents are required to complete an Application for Enrolment and upon the application’s acceptance, an admission form. These admission forms are legal documents which, when completed, contain important information relevant to your child.

An Application for Enrolment form (attached above) needs to be completed and returned with a copy of the following documents:-

• Your child’s birth certificate (if not born in Australia, a copy of your current visa or citizenship certificate)
• Immunisation History Statement (AIR ONLY see Medicare or myGov and dated in the last two months)
• Proof of address i.e. utility bill dated in the last 3 months or a lease/rental agreement.

It is essential that the school has an alternative contact for your child in the event of an accident or illness.  Students can only be released to leave the school with parents or individuals listed on the school’s enrolment data.
