This term the Year 6 students are learning about the roles and responsibilities of our Australian government and how the public have a say in who leads our country. Students have the opportunity to be immersed in learning around our HASS topic of Civics and Citizenship and the systems of government. They will have hands on experience around voting and how bills and laws are passed. They will have a guided tour through the Western Australian Parliament building and also explore areas not usually accessible to the public.
